The delegation of Education Bureau partook in exchange with the teachers and students of Pui Kiu College
Secretary for Education, Mr. Kevin Yeung , JP, expects our school to frequently share our successful experience with other schools.
On 5th November, Mr. Kevin Yeung Yun-hung, JP, Secretary for Education led a delegation of 3 guests, including Mr. Jeff Sze Chun-fai, Political Assistant to Secretary for Education, Mr. Jeffrey Chung Chun-fei; Senior School Development Officer and Ms. Clara Ip Ka Lai, School Development Officer, and paid a visit to our school. They had a meeting with Mr. Chau Sai-yiu, member of the Incorporated Management Committee; Mr. Wu Yuk Chi, Principal; Mr. Tommy Wong and Mr. Tse Ping Sin, Vice Principals; Mr. Wu Siu Wai, and Mr. Vincent Wong, Assistant Principals; as well as Mr. Chu Chi Ming, Mr. Martin Lam and Mr. Dominic Ho, our school teachers and 13 student representatives. The two parties conducted a thorough exchange on education system in Hong Kong, school administration, the NSS academic structure and the HKDSE examination system.
While going on a tour of Pui Kiu College, our Principal Mr. Wu introduced the latest development of our school and our students’ learning condition to the guests from the Education Bureau. The guests also enjoyed the performance of Percussion Band and observed the Chinese Performing Arts Class. Afterwards, a 45-minute session was arranged for the students to engage in a direct dialogue with the Secretary for Education.
The Secretary had a high regard for us and desired more exchange between our school and other parties on our successful experience.
