Outstanding performance of Pui Kiu College students in “2016 Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Model United Nations Conference For High Schools” 

Representing Hong Kong students, Pui Kiu College participated in the 3-day "2016 Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Model United Nations Conference For High Schools". A total of 49 schools took part in the symposium. The students discussed five global issues, including the political situation in Syria, the impact of Brexit on the future strategic planning of the European Union, the prospect of building a better future, the facilitation of the sustainable development of tourism and the Northeast Asian Crisis (the missile tests conducted by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea). The conference put to the test students' problem-solving skills, debating skills, teamwork ability, communication skills, English presentation skills, etc. The symposium truly broadened our students' global vision and enhanced their international perspectives. Pui Kiu College students performed exceptionally excellent in the meeting, and fully demonstrated their analytical and debating skills. The 10 delegates from our school received various awards respectively, such as the Best Delegate Award, the Best Style Award and the Best Speech Award.
