The delegation of University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC)
introduced the admission arrangement and procedures of the university and gained deeper understanding of our school’s mission
On 26th September, Professor Chris Rudd, Provost and Vice Chancellor of UNNC led a delegation of 8 guests including Professor YJ Lin, Associate Provost for Global Engagement and Professor Tao Wu, Dean of Faculty of Science and Engineering, and paid a visit to our school. They had a meeting with our Principal Mr. Wu, Assistant Principals, Mr. Tommy Wong , Mr. Tse and Mr. Vincent Wong, as well as Teacher Cherry Leung and Teacher Issac Ng together with 12 G12 student representatives, who were potentially interested in studying at the University. The two parties conducted a thorough exchange on students’ learning and school administration.
While going on a tour of Pui Kiu College, Professor Rudd introduced the designs of their university’s curricula and admission details to our students and teachers. He emphasized his wishes to have more students being admitted to UNNC through our school’s Principal nomination programme. Our teachers have also shared our school’s recent development as well as our students’ achievement.
