The Halloween celebration, jointly organized by the Student Union and the Four Houses received overwhelming response from participants.

This year, the Student Union, Astrota, and the Four Houses worked together and designed two haunted houses with different themes. The event was highly praised by the participants.

At that night, committee members of the House of Mars and Venus transformed some of our classrooms into a haunted house. With a theme of a monastery, committee members of both houses dressed up as monks and put on ghoulish makeup. The dim lighting in the haunted house made the experience more exhilarating and hair-raising for the brave-hearted participants.

Meanwhile, the House of Jupiter and Mercury designed another haunted house that simulated a ‘psychiatric hopsital’. The haunted house had an innovative design. Participants were required to go into a blood curling escalator with eerie noises and screams around. It created an atmosphere of terror. Also, Committee members, acted as psychiatric patients and putting on festive Halloween makeup. They paid a lots of effort to frighten students with exaggerated voice, as shrieks and howls echoed around the school.

Lots of party booths were also set up that night. Everyone was able to transform into his favourite Halloween characters in the makeup booth while savoring different delicious food. The wide variety of stalls made the event more light-hearted and appealing to every student.

Thanks to the sufficient preparation and cooperation among committee members, the Halloween celebration ended with tremendous success. The event brought a lot of wonderful memories for participants.
